About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Building initial Psychiatry S&D model, integrating it into our core data infrastructure, and maintaining it as we launch across new markets
- Establish capacity metrics that directly guide hiring velocity, resource allocation, and cross-licensing strategies
- Build, maintain, and refine end-to-end S&D forecasting models across current and upcoming launches (e.g., state, payer, channel launches)
- Incorporate complex business variables into supply and demand models (e.g., variable session frequencies, clinician ramp times, and cross-licensing constraints)
- Evaluate unit economics and recommend operational levers to ensure business strategy aligns directly with revenue, margin, and clinician utilization targets
- Partner closely with Data Science and Data Engineering to co-create models and transition standalone new models into our core data infrastructure
- Define, govern, and track standardized operational metrics, including capacity, clinician utilization rates, hiring targets, and client time-to-care metrics
- Perform regular 'forecast vs. actuals' audits as new demand data becomes available, refining key assumptions (e.g., hiring velocity, client demand, clinician ramp-up schedules)
- Partner cross-functionally with Growth, Finance, Clinical Recruiting, and Clinical Operations to communicate strategic insights and align cross-functional priorities
- Support executive decision-making on key operational trade-offs, such as determining clinician hiring volumes versus expanding cross-licensing for existing clinicians
- Identify operational bottlenecks across the end-to-end recruitment and patient lifecycle, driving scalable process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of relevant work experience in an analytical role, preferably in banking, management consulting, finance, tech operations, or other highly analytical role
- Excel at analyzing complex data sets and building sophisticated forecasting models, including proficiency in analytics/BI tools (e.g., SQL, Looker). Experience collaborating with Data Science teams to co-create models is a plus.
- Bring a big-picture perspective and understand how operational levers (unit economics, capacity tradeoffs, session frequency) directly drive financial health and business outcomes
- Work effectively with diverse teams across Finance, Growth, Recruiting, and Clinical leadership, translating quantitative insights into actionable strategies
- Are comfortable navigating unstructured problems—building solutions from 0 to 1 and iteratively refining models until they are fully production-ready
