Financial Planning and Analysis

• You'll work closely with the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis, CFO, company leadership, and partners across our demand generation, marketplace operations, and talent acquisition to drive executive-level business impact and power our company-wide forecasting & planning.
• Strategic Finance is a fast-paced, high-impact team that manages Two Chairs’s near and long range financial plans, setting company and organization-level goals.
• You’ll lead a team developing deep cross-functional partnerships & domain expertise to proactively identify opportunities to strengthen our business, and execute on our strategy.
• You'll be responsible for leading growth & margin planning, embedded support for the operating teams executing on the plan, translating complex financials into clear narratives for non-Finance leaders, financial forecasting and reporting, developing materials for our board and investors, and serving as a force multiplier for strategic decision making.

Senior Manager, Strategic Finance

Account Manager

• Monitor account health using dashboards, identifying data trends and potential shifts impacting the business.
• Support development of the Account Health Scorecard, leveraging data tools to create standardized dashboards and templates.
• Provide proactive support for the Director, Partner Success by monitoring data, highlighting opportunities or risks within the account and supporting development of materials to demonstrate value to the partner organization.
• Lead and project manage implementation of new projects for each partner you are responsible for, including leading external facing meetings and driving the project to a successful launch.
• Work cross functionally to identify other opportunities to demonstrate value for our payer partners, through examples like client testimonials, publications, other marketing materials, etc.
• Provide day to day support for the payer partner organization as the first point of contact for issues with client complaints, data, reporting or other open items.
• Maintain and cultivate current partner relationships and develop new relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts within our partners’ organizations.
• Communicate regularly and proactively with internal stakeholders, providing transparency across Two Chairs on the health of each partner.

Program Manager

• Own and evolve Two Chairs’ commercial operating foundation across systems, data, and go-to-market workflows
• Translate commercial strategy into scalable execution by designing, administering, and continuously improving the tools, processes, and measurements that power payer, provider, and member growth
• Ensure that go-to-market motions are operationally sound, measurable end-to-end, and aligned with clinical capacity and business priorities
• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Clinical Operations, and Analytics
• Serve as a primary administrator for Salesforce (Sales Cloud)
• Administer and optimize HubSpot for marketing automation, lifecycle management, and nurture programs
• Define and maintain MQL → SQL → pipeline → member start mappings
• Own website operations and CMS updates (Webflow) to support faster, controlled GTM launches

• Develop and implement strategies to embed Two Chairs deeply into partner organizations, driving results through creative and proactive initiatives.
• Maintain and cultivate current partner relationships and develop new relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts within our partners’ organizations.
• Communicate regularly and proactively with our partners to identify mutual growth opportunities and deepen collaboration.
• Define, own, and drive the company’s partner success objectives across all partners.
• Balance the execution of day-to-day partner management with progress on long-term growth initiatives.
• Expand on key partner success learnings and incorporate them into our playbook for future partner needs.
• Ensure consistent and high-quality partner service by proactively addressing immediate issues and collaborating on long-term strategic solutions.
• Identify opportunities to expand Two Chairs’ presence within our partners' membership and collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate their feasibility.
• Lead the development of strategic roadmaps for each partner, incorporating market insights, partner priorities, and emerging opportunities that align with Two Chairs’ offerings.
• Collaborate with the Strategic Payer Partnerships team on the renewal and expansion process.
• Monitor industry trends to identify areas for partnership innovation and alignment proactively.

Director of Partner Success

Medical Director

• Lead clinical strategy and oversight for the psychiatry program to ensure ethical, evidence-based care.
• Influence the quality improvement program, setting clear metrics, monitoring performance, and implementing initiatives to consistently deliver exceptional results.
• Collaborate with the Innovation team to support the evolution of the care model.
• Serve as a trusted leader for supervising psychiatrists and providers, fostering a culture of clinical excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
• Serve as consultant and decision-maker for complex clinical cases.
• Partner with Operations to streamline systems that improve provider efficiency and patient experience.
• Represent the psychiatrist voice in product development, serving as subject matter expert to ensure technology supports clinicians and patient care.
• Use data insights to guide program improvements and inform decision-making.
• Partner with executive leadership to inform and refine the psychiatry roadmap, ensuring alignment with market trends, regulatory changes, and organizational growth goals.
• Cultivate external partnerships and referral networks with healthcare organizations, community stakeholders, and other collaborators to support program growth and access to care.
• Serve as an industry thought leader on behalf of Two Chairs in public forums, partner meetings, and industry events.

Senior Medical Director, Psychiatry – Part-Time

Therapist

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), practicing modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.
• Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust your approach based on client progress
• Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate.
