Key responsibilities & impact

Supervise and mentor 10-12 APPs (licensed PMHNPs)
Review documentation and treatment plans for quality and compliance standards
Provide second opinion consultations and treatment for higher complexity cases
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and improve tools, workflows, and care models
Work alongside therapists, care coordinators, and other clinicians in a collaborative, interdisciplinary care model

Requirements

What you’ll need

Board-certified psychiatrist (MD or DO)
Proven experience supervising and mentoring advanced practice providers (NPs, PAs, etc.)
Familiarity with state-specific collaborative practice agreements and supervision regulations across the priority states
Must hold an active, unrestricted federal DEA registration
Willingness and eligibility to obtain separate DEA registrations in all utilized states as required for multi-state practice
Preferred: additional state licensure or willingness to obtain additional state licenses
Preferred: familiarity with telemedicine platforms and virtual care delivery
