About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage all aspects of project management, coordination and implementation for Twist Bioscience’s gene mutant library and related businesses, including Site Variant Libraries (SVL) and Combinatorial Variant Libraries (CVL)
  • Coordinate communications among customers, international sales and support, customer service, legal, and the library business group
  • Respond to and route customer and global sales/support inquiries; provide information and maintain records
  • Coordinate and collate customer library design input and ensure designs meet customer needs and fabrication capabilities
  • Collect costing for library designs for quote preparation
  • Prepare and distribute library and related-business quotes; maintain quotation database
  • Maintain databases of NDAs, quotes, designs, orders, and shipments
  • Maintain an accessible list of library work in progress
  • Maintain accurate records for reporting on quotes, orders, and shipments
  • Provide project progress updates to customers
  • Manage customer/internal communications regarding order fulfillment details and deliverables
  • Apply general knowledge of library fabrication workflows
  • Perform ad hoc projects as required
  • Follow regulatory and ISO 13485 requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience in the life sciences or related field, with >2 years in a customer facing role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry or related Life Science
  • Customer communication from inquiry to delivery of services
  • Understanding of services offering and customer workflows that the services offerings address
  • Proven ability to work effectively with customers, internal operations and sales teams
  • Demonstrated track record of managing projects that meet customer expectations
  • Outstanding teamwork and communication skills
  • Hands on, high energy, positive attitude with a can-do attitude that gets it done
  • This is not an IT related role
