About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate multiple simultaneous projects for high-throughput Antibody/IgG offerings
- Manage project execution from initial inquiry through final delivery
- Coordinate communication among Sales, Customer Service, Tech Support, Operations, Product Management, Finance, and other internal departments
- Manage custom AI/ML antibody projects from intake to final delivery
- Ensure smooth transitions between quoting, production, and antibody data delivery
- Gather antibody design requirements and create accurate quotes and Statements of Work
- Prepare quotes and maintain real-time status updates in the project tracker
- Serve as the primary customer contact for project timelines, data quality, and technical updates
- Respond to customer inquiries or route them to the appropriate internal expert
- Maintain precise records of quotes, orders in progress, and shipments
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest scalable operational improvements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field
- 4–5 years in the life sciences
- 1–2 years of experience leading scientific projects in a commercial setting
- Technical background in AI/ML-based antibody engineering and/or antibody characterization preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Jira is a plus
- Proven ability to manage timelines across different departments
- Ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams without direct authority over those teams
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain high standards under pressure
- Track record of identifying workflow bottlenecks and implementing practical, organized solutions
- Hybrid schedule requiring 3 days per week on-site at an office in Wilsonville, OR; South San Francisco, CA; or Carlsbad, CA
