About the role
- Own and continuously improve the Kanban flow for product development
- Maintain clear visibility of priorities, dependencies, and team capacity
- Facilitate key delivery routines such as prioritisation, intake, flow reviews
- Ensure teams have the information and context required for predictable, sustainable delivery
- Design and implement a pragmatic governance model suitable for long-horizon, high-uncertainty product development
- Produce clear reporting on progress, milestones, dependencies, risks, and roadmap evolution
- Build and maintain a structured RAID log tailored for early-stage product development
- Lead mitigation planning, track actions, and escalate risk exposure with recommended responses
- Coordinate and run demos of evolving product features for internal stakeholders
- Capture, synthesise, and feed feedback into prioritisation discussions
Requirements
- Excellent organisation and planning skills
- Strong background in IT delivery using Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
- Skilled at identifying and mitigating risks early
- Strong communication skills
- Confident in facilitating demos, workshops, and stakeholder sessions
- Able to synthesise feedback and convert it into actionable delivery insights.
