• As Senior HR Operations Advisor, play a key role in day-to-day People processes and act as an SME in people policy, systems and lifecycle processes.
• Employee Lifecycle Support: point of contact for employee queries; draft and review employment contracts and employee-change documentation; support onboarding; manage and analyse exit interviews.
• HR Operations & Compliance: coordinate pre-employment checks; ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and GDPR; maintain accurate people data and reports; partner with Finance, IT and Admin; administer employee benefits programs.
• Systems and Process Improvement: own and improve core People operational processes focusing on onboarding, offboarding and employee changes; source, evaluate and implement a new HRIS.
• Project work: support the CPO on people-related projects as the business grows.
