Lead the D&A Centre of Excellence (D&A CoE) including SAP Analytics, Non SAP Analytics, and MDM/G functions.
Oversee design, development, and delivery of operational dashboards, KPI scorecards, statutory reporting, predictive analytics models, and executive reporting packs across Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Marketing, New Product Development, Procurement, and HR.
Ensure timely, accurate, and relevant reporting through SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Fiori Reporting, Power BI, Snowflake, Azure Platform, and Data Lake environments.
Promote adoption of self-service analytics capabilities and a data-driven culture across the organisation.
Act as the custodian for data quality and data definitions; define and agree data standards and policies with business owners (Compliance, Legal, Finance, and other functions).
Oversee implementation of data governance and master data processes using the Nintex Automation Platform; ensure processes are documented, embedded in business workflows, and regularly reviewed.
Lead the MDM/G team in managing Customer, Product, Material, Vendor, and Finance Master Data to ensure consistent, compliant, and high-quality master data.
Define and monitor KPIs for reporting accuracy, process efficiency, data quality, and user adoption; implement continuous improvement initiatives across reporting and analytics processes.
Lead and develop teams through senior leaders; build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and vendor partners; engage in data governance forums and cross-functional steering committees.
Own and manage the budgets for the Data & Analytics and MDM/G teams; forecast, track, and optimise people, technology, and delivery costs while maintaining fiscal diligence.
Role involves international travel and flexibility in working hours aligned with a global role.
Requirements
Understanding of SAP analytics platforms, including SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP Fiori Reporting.
Experience with modern data platforms and tools such as Snowflake, Azure, Data Lakes, Talend, and Power BI.
Knowledge of data modelling, data architecture principles, and predictive analytics concepts.
Demonstrated experience defining and implementing master data management and governance frameworks across key domains (Customer, Product/Material, Vendor, Finance).
Practical experience using workflow automation tools (e.g., Nintex) to embed master data processes within business operations.
Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements impacting data governance.
Effective leadership skills with the ability to develop, mentor, and inspire teams through senior managers and technical leads.
Skilled in building trusted relationships and collaborating with stakeholders across all business functions and levels of the organisation.
Experience engaging with vendor partners and technology providers to deliver complex projects and solutions.
Demonstrated ability to own and manage budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and optimising spend across people, technology, and delivery costs.
Demonstrated skill in setting, monitoring, and refining KPIs to bolster reporting, data integrity, and user participation.
Proficient communication and presentation skills; skilled problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Significant experience in leading enterprise-wide reporting, analytics, and data governance functions in a complex, global environment (ideally within CPG, manufacturing, or similar industries).
