Oversee formulation and prioritization of product initiatives informed by commercial, financial, and operational analysis.
Act as owner of the Global Template for the applicable functional area(s), maintaining design and delivery standards.
Oversee functional design and delivery of Enhancements, Projects, Programmes and Support for the domain.
Serve as primary liaison between business functions, technology, operations, and executive teams to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and resources.
Establish and monitor key product and business metrics to identify improvements and support data-informed decisions.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of business analysts, functional experts, and other relevant team members.
Cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
End-to-end understanding of business and technical disciplines enabling solution design.
Demonstrated ability to deliver end-to-end SAP solutions across disciplines.
Familiarity with SAP delivery methodologies.
Capable communicator across technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
Adept in managing diverse, global teams within complex and challenging environments.
Relationship builder – internal and external.
Effective communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement.
Dynamic, resolute, and effective in producing cross-departmental outcomes.
SAP S/4HANA certifications in the applicable functional area(s); additional module certifications.
Proficient in SAP S/4HANA EWM and TM.
Demonstrated solution design and delivery in: Pick/Pack/Ship, HU Management, Inventory Mgmt., Transportation Planning, Charge Calculations, Order Shipment Integration.
Extensive integration experience required.
Deep understanding of SAP process and technical integration across modules.
