About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own scheduling and the lab experience end to end, including the core clinical operations platform.
- Build workforce-planning tools for care-team capacity.
- Design and deliver AI-powered features improving scheduling efficiency, lab turnaround, and staffing decisions.
- Collaborate with clinical and operations stakeholders to translate needs into specifications, user stories, and Jira tickets.
- Lead cross-functional agile teams through ideation, launch, and iteration.
- Define and track metrics for scheduling efficiency, lab turnaround, staffing utilization, and care quality.
- Work with AI/ML teams to ensure solutions are interpretable, clinically safe, and integrated into workflows.
- Align product direction with company strategy and operational goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in healthcare technology, operations, or workflow platforms.
- Experience shipping AI/ML-powered features, including LLMs, agents, RAG, and personalization, with clear metric lifts.
- Experience designing and launching products for operational or care-team-facing workflows, including scheduling, staffing, or logistics.
- Ability to build complex workflow tools and AI-integrated features in regulated environments.
- Comfort with demand forecasting or capacity/supply modeling.
- Strong understanding of clinical operations, healthcare delivery models, and multidisciplinary care-team needs.
- Ability to lead agile teams and manage the product development lifecycle end to end.
- Strategic thinking and strong execution skills.
- Comfort with A/B testing, KPI definition, ambiguity, and fast iteration.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience with EMR or core clinical operations platforms such as Epic or athenahealth is a strong plus.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is unavailable.
