About the role
- Shape AI-driven Enrollment process and deliver optimized conversion outcomes for Twin Members.
- Validate end-to-end behavior of conversational AI agents (voice and text) integrated into Member mobile app and Clinical web app.
- Drive test strategy, planning and execution covering functionality, usability, performance, localization, 3rd-party integrations and reliability.
- Validate real-world end-to-end Member and Clinical conversion experiences on Production and Staging environments.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Development, Design and MEA team as a super-user to represent Members and improve user experience.
- Fully leverage AI to assist testing, develop comprehensive test coverage and automated regression using AI QA agents.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A detail-oriented and user-focused mindset
- High empathy and passion for end users
- Past experience of assertive engagement across the design and successful delivery of high quality outcomes
- Proven functional and end-to-end QA skills
- Proven technical ability requisite to leveraging AI-driven testing tools and testing AI conversational interfaces
- Experience testing features and UI’s (mobile and web) for consumer-facing or other high-scale applications
- Experience testing complex systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- This position is based in Mountain View, California
