About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the development of foundational data models and API syndication layers.
- Own the backend lifecycle—from NPI governance to downstream billing.
- Architect and execute a comprehensive product roadmap for a centralized product catalog service.
- Design the end-to-end NPI launch framework to reduce time-to-market.
- Design developer-friendly API schemas and internal PIM UI tooling to allow self-service catalog listings.
- Lead the strategy to migrate and ingest legacy configurations into a single product registry.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 10+ years of product management experience focused on APIs, developer tooling, backend cloud architecture, or master data orchestration.
- Proven success building or scaling internal platforms like Enterprise Product Information Management (PIM), CPQ engines, billing registries, or multi-tenant graph architectures.
- Proven track record of defining cross-functional NPI processes and managing SKU lifecycle state machines.
- Extreme comfort working directly with principal engineers on complex database schema designs and data entity relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to decode vague platform priorities and manage conflicting stakeholder inputs.
- BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
