Key responsibilities & impact

Own the full-cycle recruitment of top-tier engineering talent across the NAMER and LATAM regions.
Act as a strategic partner to engineering leadership and leverage market data to build robust pipelines.
Deliver a white-glove candidate experience and relentlessly raise the technical bar with every hire.
Guide hiring teams on interview best practices and build structured interview plans.
Build and maintain trusted, collaborative relationships with engineering and product hiring managers.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Full-cycle technical recruiting experience hiring for software/ML/AI engineers, TPMs, and engineering management within tech or tech-adjacent environments (e.g., Fintech).
Strong communication, critical thinking, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and set expectations at the hiring manager level.
Intermediate proficiency level in using talent data analytics and market intelligence to steer evidence-based hiring decisions.
Capable of operating effectively in a remote, fast-paced, and ambiguous environment with some oversight and direction.
Able to navigate searches across multiple open roles with varying job levels and urgency, while proactively sourcing.
Proven ability to evaluate and validate candidate skills within a semi-defined framework.
