About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own a Portfolio of accounts
- Monitor customer facing emails alias and ensure queries are replied within required SLA’s
- Achieve monthly cash targets whilst ensuring effective customer satisfaction
- Ensure debt is below 3% each month
- Identify key areas for change or improvement
- Maintain transparency and honesty in your approach
- Provide excellent service to our Customers
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide ongoing reports for collections status
Requirements
What you’ll need- More than three years of experience working on Accounting Team
- 1 to 3 years of Collections experience
- You are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- You love data and reconciliations
- Best in class customer service is your priority
- Third level qualification in Accounting, Finance or Business related discipline - or- relevant experience (desired)
