About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the Strategic Accounts team aligned to the Regulated Verticals Healthcare sector
  • Mentor and scale a high performing team of Strategic Account Executives
  • Be customer focused and metrics driven
  • Support your team in building and progressing pipeline
  • Conduct weekly 1:1's with each team member
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data and provide reliable weekly forecast information

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of technical solutions selling experience
  • 4+ years experience managing a team of account managers or strategic account executives within the Enterprise segment
  • A leader with a demonstrated track record of success
  • Comfortable with selling a platform or SaaS
  • Experience with Contact Centers, Messaging, Call Tracking and other communication solutions is preferred
  • Customer focused, metrics driven, embraces a consultative sales philosophy, and is passionate about helping their team succeed
  • Experience building high performing sales teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
