About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the complete user journey for Twilio Voice products.
- Collaborate with design peers across Messaging and Email to build an omnichannel narrative.
- Shape mental models and complex configuration wizards.
- Partner closely with design peers across Conversations and AI product teams.
- Actively participate in the UX Design Feedback Process and mentor junior designers.
- Establish a leadership-to-leadership operating model with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and Architects.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of professional product design experience specifically focused on highly technical software products, developer tools, infrastructure, or complex B2B/SaaS platforms.
- A strong, exhaustive portfolio demonstrating structural systems thinking, data-driven design decision-making, and deep individual product design craft.
- Proven cross-functional influence partnering directly with engineering and product leaders to navigate organizational complexity.
- Comfort with ambiguity, thriving in highly complex, loosely-defined technical spaces.
- AI-Powered UX mindset, curious about AI-powered tools and workflows.
