About the role

  • Assist with Pricing and Deal workflows, prepare pricing and deal structure and master internal pricing tools
  • Create, amend, and execute Order Forms; engage with client stakeholders to ensure Proposal Bill Of Materials are correct
  • Create quotes: CPQ workflows, including converting CPQ into customer-facing quotes/documents
  • Oversee and maintain CRM records including account consolidation, SID movements, and updating account, opportunity, contact, and lead level data
  • Act as internal liaison for requests (Billing, DSO, Legal, Security Questionnaire, Collections/Credit Memos/Credit Check, Carrier Relations, Support Tix) and follow up through resolution
  • Work with Deal Desk, Contracts, Legal, Pre-Sales, Security and other stakeholders to ensure smooth sales processes and accurate paperwork
  • Provide customer support by joining customer calls with Account Executives to explain and present relevant aspects
  • Prepare for sales meetings and conduct AE research (<10% of time)
  • Create and maintain team-level tracker for cross-functional challenges and follow up with Regional Leader and frontline leadership to resolve them

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales, customer success, or account management experience
  • Native and business fluency in Mandarin and English (speaking and writing)
  • Results driven, detail oriented, and dedicated individual
  • Collaborative approach and “can do” attitude
  • Basic understanding of how different functions within an enterprise organization operate
  • Ability to advocate for customer internally with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Extreme attention to detail on written and verbal communications
  • Extremely organized with above average proficiency and operational excellence in spreadsheets, doc and presentation creation
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Knowledge in CPaaS and telecom is a plus
  • Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent years of experience required
