Lead, mentor, and scale the North American Solution Engineering team.
Work closely with sales leadership to develop and execute strategies that drive customer acquisition, expansion, and retention.
Oversee the technical aspects of customer engagements, including solution design and implementation strategies.
Serve as a senior technical advisor and advocate for customers within Twilio Segment.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
Maintain deep technical and product knowledge of the Twilio Segment platform and encourage continuous learning and development within the team.

Requirements

10+ years in software engineering or solution architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing technical teams.
Strong technical background with experience in software development, data platforms, and cloud technologies.
Proven ability to develop and execute technical strategies that align with business objectives.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
A strong customer advocate with a track record of driving customer success and satisfaction through technical leadership and innovation.
Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and grow high-performing technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
Experience leading Solution Engineering or Product Specialist teams within a CPaaS, UCaaS or Customer Data Platform company.
