About the role
- Lead complex employee and compliance investigations
- Conduct prompt, thorough, and fair investigations
- Maintain oversight and accountability for investigation case management system
- Conduct confidential, fair, thorough and timely internal investigations
- Conduct complex, professional interviews
- Assist with the investigation and resolution of other workplace concerns
- Drive the disciplinary procedure in line with the investigation findings
- Monitor and implement corrective action plans
- Identify ethics, compliance, and employee relations matters that require improvement
- Participate in the identification and delivery of continuous improvement initiatives
- Proactively identify trends and themes to develop strategies that will mitigate risks
Requirements
- 10+ years of Employee Relations / Investigations experience
- Significant experience working with employment law principles
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and writing skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage various stakeholders/programs concurrently
- Demonstrated ability to navigate successfully within ambiguity and with multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Data-driven mindset with an eye toward innovation (desired)
- Working experience in multiple AMER jurisdictions (desired)
- Experience conducting global investigations outside AMER (desired)
- Knowledge in employment and labor law (desired)
- Familiarity with a case management system (desired)
- Experience with analyzing investigation data (desired)
