Requirements

  • 14+ years of HRBP experience
  • Deep knowledge of engineering orgs, including operating models, methodologies, roles, and trends
  • Proven ability to deliver scalable, high-ROI, business-first people programs
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
  • Energized by learning, solving complex problems, and driving results
  • Experience partnering with internal OE consultants and/or HCM strategy firms (desired)
  • Background working within HRBP teams that build and drive functional talent strategies (desired)
