About the role
- Our client, a global AI and data consulting firm, is looking for a Business Development Executive to join their remote US team.
- In this role, you will lead partner and client development efforts focused on cloud-based data and AI consulting services.
- You will expand existing partnerships with Databricks, cultivate new enterprise clients, and identify use cases that drive long-term engagements.
- Build relationships across Databricks Sales, Engineering, and Services teams
- Develop and close consulting engagements with enterprise clients
- Drive partner-sourced and direct client opportunities across key verticals
- Represent the firm at Databricks and industry events
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored AI/Data solutions
- Build use-case driven value propositions with customer stakeholders
- Track pipeline activity and growth initiatives in CRM
- Expand presence across existing accounts via consultative engagement
- Inform solution accelerators with client and partner market feedback
Requirements
- 10+ years of business development in enterprise SaaS services/solutions experience required
- Strategic understanding of Data, AI/ML, and Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) required
- Consultative sales approach and enterprise account management experience required
- Executive-level communication and relationship-building skills required
- Familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake, or similar ecosystems required
- Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office required
- Willingness/ability to travel 30%–40% (including some overnights) is required
