About the role
- Handling support requests: You are responsible for answering and processing customer inquiries via email and chat.
- Social media interactions: You manage our social media channels and respond to customer inquiries and comments on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
- Documentation: You record customer inquiries and their resolution in our system, contributing to smooth internal communication and problem-solving.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills: You enjoy customer contact and can communicate clearly and politely in writing.
- Technical understanding: You are comfortable using common IT applications (e.g., ChatGPT or Gemini) and social media platforms.
- Experience in e-commerce is an advantage but not required.
- Flexibility: You are willing to work in a dynamic environment and occasionally in the evenings or on weekends.
- Initiative: You work independently and bring forward ideas to continuously improve our support.
- Students welcome: This position is ideal for students who want to gain practical experience alongside their studies.
