About the role

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills: You enjoy customer contact and can communicate clearly and politely in writing.
  • Technical understanding: You are comfortable using common IT applications (e.g., ChatGPT or Gemini) and social media platforms.
  • Experience in e-commerce is an advantage but not required.
  • Flexibility: You are willing to work in a dynamic environment and occasionally in the evenings or on weekends.
  • Initiative: You work independently and bring forward ideas to continuously improve our support.
  • Students welcome: This position is ideal for students who want to gain practical experience alongside their studies.
