About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own end-to-end hiring for technical and business roles.
- Source top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, Boolean/X-Ray Search, GitHub, referrals, social media, talent communities, and AI-powered sourcing tools.
- Proactively headhunt passive candidates and build long-term talent pipelines.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver quality talent.
- Conduct HR screening interviews and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
- Drive employer branding, recruitment campaigns, referral programs, hiring events, and campus engagement initiatives.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, ATS, hiring metrics, and candidate records.
- Support onboarding, employee documentation, HR administration, and compliance activities.
- Stay ahead of recruitment trends, market intelligence, and innovative sourcing practices.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–4 years of experience in Technical Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Proven experience hiring for Software Engineering, Cloud, AI, Data Engineering, Integration, or Enterprise Technology roles.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, and modern sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and candidate relationship-building skills.
- Experience working in a fast-growing startup environment with the ability to manage multiple hiring priorities.
- Prior experience in an IT Services & Consulting organization will be an added advantage.
- Self-driven, resourceful, and passionate about building high-performing technology teams through innovative recruitment practices.
