Requirements
- Demonstrated hands-on experience building and shipping production systems using AI coding agents
- Strong full-stack and platform engineering fundamentals
- Experience building intelligence or analytics products
- A concrete, opinionated point of view on how to govern AI-generated code
- Track record of leading small engineering teams through ambiguity
- Excellent communication skills
