As our Lead Engineer – Integrations, you won't just implement solutions — you will architect integration strategies, mentor a growing team, and shape the core fabric of our product's success.
Take full ownership of ongoing and new integration pipelines, designing them for efficiency, resilience, and scale.
Lead and mentor a compact, agile engineering team (2–4 engineers).
Actively collaborate with our product and client teams to understand real-world integration challenges and shape solutions.
You will have scaled up multiple integration frameworks.
You will have established our playbooks for best practices across data security, compliance, and operational excellence.
You will be the go-to leader in aligning technical architecture with evolving business needs.
You will directly influence the roadmap alongside the CEO, Product Head, and Engineering leadership.
Requirements
7-10 years of hands-on experience in architecture and delivering enterprise-grade integrations across diverse systems, especially in data-driven environments such as retail, CPG, and consumer intelligence.
Deep expertise in modern iPaaS platforms (such as Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, TIBCO, WSO2) with a strong grasp of each platform's strengths, limitations, and extensibility for both real-time and batch integrations.
Experience with Informatica is good to have.
Strong command over API-first architecture, including REST/SOAP protocols, OAuth2, API gateways, and custom connector development.
Experience designing scalable and secure API interfaces for internal and client-facing applications.
Fluency in data transformation and automation standards, including JSON, XML, SQL, and Python/JavaScript, with a keen understanding of how to build resilient data pipelines and workflow automations that reduce manual effort and accelerate delivery.
Practical knowledge of cloud-native development and deployment, especially in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments, including experience with services like Lambda, Cloud Functions, and message queues (e.g., SQS, Pub/Sub).
Experience integrating with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Snowflake, Redshift, Shopify, and Google Analytics, including custom connector or plugin development where native integrations fall short.
Must have prior experience leading or managing a team of 3–4 Team Members.
Strong grasp of data privacy, compliance, and governance principles relevant to handling sensitive business data across integration touchpoints.
