About the role
- Assist in developing the team
- Assist in budgeted needs of the maintenance department and developing sustainability programs
- Assistance in execution of the annual CapEX plans and management of preventative maintenance program
- Responsible for all guest requests from engineering perspective
- Manage Quore for guest requests, internal requests and PM rooms
- Posting schedule in a timely manner and complete daily 5 minute check in's in Hotel Effectiveness
- Place and receive all PO's through Birchstreet
- Attending all required leadership meetings and one on ones throughout the week and month
- Ensure all SOPs are being utilized and Safety Standards are upheld
Requirements
- 5 years previous Hotel Maintenance Experience requested
- Excellent Guest Service, Computer and Communication Skills are required via verbal, written and electronic means
