About the role

  • Assist in developing the team
  • Assist in budgeted needs of the maintenance department and developing sustainability programs
  • Assistance in execution of the annual CapEX plans and management of preventative maintenance program
  • Responsible for all guest requests from engineering perspective
  • Manage Quore for guest requests, internal requests and PM rooms
  • Posting schedule in a timely manner and complete daily 5 minute check in's in Hotel Effectiveness
  • Place and receive all PO's through Birchstreet
  • Attending all required leadership meetings and one on ones throughout the week and month
  • Ensure all SOPs are being utilized and Safety Standards are upheld

Requirements

  • 5 years previous Hotel Maintenance Experience requested
  • Excellent Guest Service, Computer and Communication Skills are required via verbal, written and electronic means
