About the role

  • Manage and nurture key client accounts, with a focus on gifting and loyalty programs.
  • Efficiently manage all daily external client communication relating to active briefs through production ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality.
  • Coordinate and manage all internal communications related to client activity, collaborating with development, creative, and production teams to ensure timely updates and alignment for a smooth project execution.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining solution-oriented, clear, timely, and proactive communication.
  • Lead the Junior Account Manager, providing mentorship, oversight, and professional development.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships, increase account value, and grow within existing portfolios.
  • Implement tailored client strategies to address specific challenges, exceed sales targets, and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify and analyze needs, gaps, and areas of opportunity to capture within the client’s supply base to generate additional opportunities for Twelve.
  • Monitor industry trends and client feedback to inform strategy to maintain Twelve’s position as a trusted and innovative partner.
  • Deliver polished client presentations and seasonal reviews that highlight program performance, industry trends, and fresh opportunities to deepen client engagement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of account management experience, ideally within the beauty.
  • Familiarity with the product development cycle as it pertains to merchandise
  • Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts, with emphasis on loyalty, gifting, or promotional programs.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience managing junior team members preferred.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Skilled communicator with strong negotiation abilities and a client-first mindset.
  • Creative problem-solver with the ability to think strategically and deliver solutions proactively.
  • Resilient, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
