Consultant

• Review existing customer models and business processes
• Facilitate user story/requirements gathering sessions with customers.
• Translate user stories into executable project/sprint plans
• Collaborate with clients and peers to design and deploy scalable end-to-end, solutions for customers, specific to their business requirements
• Lead project team in building Pigment models in line with best practices and agile implementation framework
• Apply strong business acumen and knowledge of business process modeling to evaluate and communicate business value of the technology platform throughout customer projects
• Coach and develop project team members (including Twelve CG team members and customer resources) through co-model building, training, providing opportunities and feedback
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles and foster a positive end-user impression of the EPM tool that promotes adoption
• Provide support, enhancements and training
• Utilize Twelve CG’s Project Methodology (agile) throughout the implementation; support customer and staffed Twelve-team in maintaining the overall health of the implementation
• Participate in internal Twelve initiatives as needed
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% (dependent on customer preferences and need)

Pigment Consultant

Solutions Engineer

• Lead Pigment architecture development and execution of service engagements spanning multiple workstreams, stakeholders, processes, and data flows
• Conduct user story/requirements gathering and discovery sessions with customers and translate them into project and sprint plans
• Coach project team execution of Twelve Project Methodology (Agile) utilizing Twelve IP and processes
• Advise on common data integration offerings and typical data sources
• Collaborate and communicate with team members, including: Client executives (C-Suite), IT, business owners, stakeholders, COE Pigment Customer Success and Sales Twelve Consultants, Senior Consultants, Principal Solution Architects, Engagement Managers and Account Executives
• Co-manage project budget, timeline, scope, resources, and overall health of implementation with Engagement Managers
• Facilitate strategic workshops with our clients to help define the platform vision and roadmap, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement within their Pigment ecosystems
• Guide scoping sessions with prospective customers to define project deliverables including timeline, roles needed, level of effort, workspace sizing, cost estimates, and the overall value proposition in partnership with Account Executives
• Demo Pigment and discuss use cases within common domains, as well as product features, including ALM, UX, user access and security, integration, and platform new releases
• Participate in discovery sessions for lands and expands that identify pain points, use case prioritization, business readiness, and key stakeholders
• Make recommendations for account expansion and sales cycle progression
• Empower Twelve model builder resources and provide growth and development opportunities through client engagements and internal initiatives
• Participate in Twelve internal or strategic initiatives as needed to support growth of the business

Pigment Solution Architect

Twelve Consultants are responsible for building connected planning solutions. They will collaborate with clients to develop requirements, execute build, enable our clients on EPM platforms and their custom solutions, and practice Twelve’s Implementation Methodology (Agile).
In this role you will: Collaborate with clients and peers to develop requirements that support desirable future-state scalable solutions Translate client requirements (user stories) and technical model design (schema) into build execution Build customized Planning models Develop inbound and outbound data feeds Build core data and metadata Build planning engine Develop reporting that fosters a strong user experience Establish necessary maintenance processes, integration, and documentation Enable the clients through co-model building and training Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, foster a positive end-user impression of the EPM that promotes adoption Provide support, enhancements, and training Review existing customer models and business processes; troubleshoot and tie-out data; provide enhancement recommendations and level of effort estimates Practice Twelve’s Project Methodology (Agile) throughout the implementation; support client and staffed Twelve-team in maintaining the overall health of the implementation Through client engagements, structured enablement and self-pursued learning you will continually grow your understanding of planning use cases and best practices within Life Sciences; Apply this to client engagements and to broader Twelve Participate in internal Twelve initiatives as needed Where is the work: Preference will be for candidates based in the Minneapolis, MN area, but we are open to hiring great talent anywhere in the U.S. Travel is expected and will vary based on client and business needs (10 to 25%)
