About the role

  • Fully own and exceed all targets and KPIs for your partner portfolio to drive company growth.
  • Strategically develop a curated portfolio of key partners, focusing on deep, mutually beneficial relationships for substantial two-way business.
  • Proactively build a robust partner-sourced pipeline and collaborate closely with sales to jointly own and close qualified opportunities.
  • Systematically channel relevant opportunities to partners to strengthen the joint value proposition and enhance loyalty.
  • Execute comprehensive enablement strategies, including training and joint Go-to-Market (GTM) planning, to fully activate partners as selling channels.
  • Diligently track KPIs, deal registration, and pipeline health using CRM/PRM systems as the single source of truth.
  • Champion a results-oriented, "partner-preferred" business motion across the organization to fuel consistent, scalable revenue growth through the channel.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in sales, partner management in Banking Technology or Financial Services
  • Experience working with SI's and Banking Tech partners
  • Track record of building pipeline with partners, fast-paced business
  • Skilled in joint GTM planning, partner enablement, and demand generation
  • Strong relationship builder
  • Metrics-driven with proven success in accelerating partner-sourced revenue
