About the role
- Discover & Consult: Partner with the sales team to deeply understand a prospect's technical landscape, operational pain points, and strategic goals.
- Demonstrate & Inspire: Craft and deliver compelling, customized product demonstrations that bring the Tuum value proposition to life, directly addressing the client's needs.
- Solve & Architect: Own the technical aspects of the sales process. You will confidently manage and respond to RFIs/RFPs, run deep-dive workshops, and design high-level solution architectures that showcase how Tuum can transform their business.
- Prove the Value: Lead and execute impactful Proof of Concepts (POCs) that prove our platform's capabilities and build immense trust with future customers.
- Be the Voice of the Market: Act as a crucial feedback loop to our Product and Engineering teams, sharing market insights from your client interactions to help shape the future of the Tuum platform.
- Enable the Ecosystem: Support our Marketing and Partner teams by helping create technical content, demo videos, and other collateral that fuels our growth.
Requirements
- Must-Have Experience: You have hands-on experience as a Solutions Consultant, Pre-Sales Consultant, or a similar client-facing role within a modern software or SaaS company. Your experience includes selling complex technology solutions to financial institutions (banks, fintechs, etc.).
- Financial Domain Knowledge: You understand the fundamentals of banking (retail or commercial products, payments) and are passionate about the latest trends in fintech and cloud technology.
- Technical Curiosity: You have a strong grasp of modern enterprise architecture concepts. You're comfortable discussing cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), APIs, microservices, and the technologies that power them (e.g., Kubernetes, Kafka).
- Exceptional Communicator: You can translate complex technical concepts into clear, persuasive business value for a range of audiences, from engineers to C-level executives.
- Collaborative & Driven: You thrive in a team environment, work proactively, and have a strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute to the team's success.
