About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As the primary contact, you ensure high customer satisfaction among parents and students (by phone, email and WhatsApp).
- You always help our customers find the optimal solution and advise them with a caring ear during contract renewals and when determining the required lesson volume.
- You coordinate closely with our tutor and education advisor teams.
- You support customers during substitute arrangements and teacher changes to ensure a seamless transition of lessons that leads to success for the child.
- You ensure problems are reliably resolved and even cancellation discussions are handled positively.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Reliability and accountability in everything you do.
- Native-level or accent-free German language skills.
- Advisory skills come naturally to you, and you enjoy informing customers about options and selling additional tutoring packages.
- Understanding of people's behavior and needs and a desire to help them with educational solutions.
- You enjoy communicating and can empathize with every customer.
- You patiently find the right solution for every problem and put a smile on our customers' faces.
- You know how to structure your work and keep a cool head and an overview even in stressful moments.
- Nice to have: Experience in sales, customer support or similar roles (waiting tables, hospitality, call center, ...) in high-performance, cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s and/or MBA degree.
- Additional languages are a plus.
