About the role
- Advise parents by phone who are interested in our tutoring services and guide them through to the first lesson
- Understand the needs of both parents and their children and match them with the ideal tutor
- Present and sell our tutoring packages following the first trial lesson
- Organize, in close coordination with Customer Support, the systematic sales of our tutoring products
- Prepare analyses, reports and evaluations
Requirements
- A desire to improve the world through technology and education
- Native or near-native German language skills
- Exceptional ability to learn new topics and content quickly
- Understanding of people’s behavior and needs, and a genuine desire to help them through educational solutions
- Commercial training or a degree in business administration or communication sciences
- In addition to strong language skills and a confident presence, you need empathy to read and understand the person across from you
