About the role

  • Plan and execute CRM campaigns across channels such as email, push, SMS, WhatsApp, and others.
  • Develop automated communication flows focused on activation, retention, and re-engagement.
  • Create and update audience segmentations based on behavior, profile, and the customer journey.
  • Build integrated reports combining CRM and lead-generation sources.
  • Monitor CRM KPIs (open rates, clicks, conversions, churn, LTV, etc.).
  • Conduct A/B tests and perform continuous optimization of campaigns and flows.
  • Work collaboratively with Product, BI, Marketing, and Technology teams.
  • Ensure governance and integrity of customer data.

Requirements

  • Previous experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Pipedrive, Salesforce, or HubSpot).
  • Knowledge of performance metrics and result analysis.
  • Experience with segmentation, SQL (preferred), and Excel/Google Sheets.
