About the role
- Plan and execute CRM campaigns across channels such as email, push, SMS, WhatsApp, and others.
- Develop automated communication flows focused on activation, retention, and re-engagement.
- Create and update audience segmentations based on behavior, profile, and the customer journey.
- Build integrated reports combining CRM and lead-generation sources.
- Monitor CRM KPIs (open rates, clicks, conversions, churn, LTV, etc.).
- Conduct A/B tests and perform continuous optimization of campaigns and flows.
- Work collaboratively with Product, BI, Marketing, and Technology teams.
- Ensure governance and integrity of customer data.
Requirements
- Previous experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Pipedrive, Salesforce, or HubSpot).
- Knowledge of performance metrics and result analysis.
- Experience with segmentation, SQL (preferred), and Excel/Google Sheets.
