About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver and assist residents with daily needs
- Provide personal care
- Prepare residents for activity and social programs
- Perform routine activities in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements
- Provide basic nursing care to residents within the scope of nursing assistant responsibilities
- Perform basic nursing procedures under the direction of the licensed nurse supervisor
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must have active, and in good standing, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice
- Prior experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
- A fire and passion for working with seniors
- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
