About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Administer and manage Nursing Services for residents according to physician orders and residents’ total needs
Provide 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services
Direct the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care
Assume responsibility for center operations in the absence of the Administrator

Requirements

What you’ll need

Dedicated and compassionate approach to working with seniors
Flexible, fun, and energetic personality
Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state in which you are practicing
Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school preferred
Prior experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required
Two years of experience in a nurse supervisory role required
Professional image in appearance and behavior
Excellent written and oral communication skills
