About the role

  • Overseeing the financial operations of various skilled nursing facilities within our network
  • Traveling to different locations, ensuring the smooth functioning of business office operations
  • Maintaining accurate financial records
  • Upholding the highest standards of fiscal responsibility

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of experience in healthcare finance, with a focus on skilled nursing facilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administrator, Business Management, Finance, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
  • Extensive experience in healthcare billing systems (e.g. PointClickCare, Epic)
  • In-depth knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payer regulations and reimbursement processes
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to interpret financial data and trends
  • Proven leadership abilities, including experience in team management, training, and development
  • Must be able to work well with others in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required
  • Professional image in both appearance and behavior
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Must be able and willing to travel frequently; travel may include overnight stays, flexibility and willingness to accommodate travel schedules required.
