About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform the activities of the maintenance department to ensure environmental compliance in accordance with Federal, State and Local ordinance, regulations and building codes.
  • Assist in the maintenance of the facility to ensure a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition; in good repair, free from hazards such as those caused by electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating, and cooling systems.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A fire and passion for working with seniors
  • A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
  • High school diploma, or equivalent, preferred
  • Prior experience in maintenance in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting highly preferred
  • Prior maintenance experience required
  • Must possess knowledge of commercial laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures
  • Professional image in both appearance and behavior
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
