About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide assistance to the Activities Director in the assessment, selection, organization, and implementation of activities and recreational services
- Address the individual needs and interests of the residents
Requirements
What you’ll need- A fire and passion for working with seniors
- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
- Prior experience as an Activities Assistant in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
- Activities Certification preferred
- One year of experience conducting activities and recreational services within the past five years preferred
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
