About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supervising and coordinating the activities of the maintenance department
- Ensure environmental center compliance in accordance with Federal, State and Local ordinance
- Ensure the community is maintained in a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition
- Responsible for ensuring the community is free from hazards caused by systems like electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating, and cooling
- Responsible for the provision of quality laundry service
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma, or equivalent, preferred
- Prior experience in maintenance in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required
- Minimum of one year of prior experience of maintenance supervisory experience required
- Must possess knowledge of commercial laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
