About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for developing and coordinating resident care staffing schedules
- Ensure adequate staffing levels in the clinical departments
- Coordinate scheduling in an objective manner for nursing services
- Plan and schedule staff for the nursing units to assure care for the residents
- Distribute staff appropriately throughout the facility
- Ensure staffing meets state and federal regulations
Requirements
What you’ll need- A fire and passion for working with seniors
- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
- Must have active, and in good standing, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice
- Minimum of one year of LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience required
- Must possess a strong sense of personal organization and time management
- Must have impeccable attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word and Excel required
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
