Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for planning, developing, organizing, evaluating, and directing the overall operation of the Social Services department.
Ensure compliance with National Association of Social Workers (NASW) Code of Ethics and relevant guidelines.
Foster a climate that enables residents to maximize their individuality, independence, and dignity.
Identify psychosocial, mental, and emotional needs and provide appropriate services.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A fire and passion for working with seniors
A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
Certified, licensed, or registered in the state of practice (LPN or RN)
Minimum of two years of prior experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required
Professional image in both appearance and behavior
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
