About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for all aspects of the accounts payable function
- Recording of financial data for use in maintaining accounting and statistical records
- Preparing reports that summarize and forecast business activity
- Standardizing and streamlining work procedures
- Process payments accurately and timely while striving for high internal and external customer satisfaction
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of five or more years of experience in full cycle accounts payable review and analysis
- Expert understanding of business processes of accounts payable
- Strong ERP experience required
- Ability to analyze, develop and implement responses to operational process challenges
- Adherence to SOX standards and procedures
- Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills, including the ability to proactively identify issues and solutions
- Must possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Must be able to work well with others in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
