Accounts Receivable – BOA

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and maintain accounts receivable for a skilled nursing facility
- Process and track Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and Private Pay billing
- Follow up on outstanding claims and unpaid balances
- Reconcile resident accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
- Communicate with residents, families, and insurance providers regarding billing
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Assist with month-end A/R reporting and collections
- Serve as MOD during scheduled evening shifts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 2 years of accounts receivable experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance billing processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the administrative team
- Proficiency with billing software and Microsoft Office
