About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for supporting and carrying out the administration and management of Nursing Services to residents
Partnership with the Director of Nursing (DON) for 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services
Direct the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care
Assume responsibility for clinical operations in absence of the DON

Requirements

What you’ll need

A fire and passion for working with seniors
A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
Currently licensed as a RN in the state in which you are practicing
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school preferred
Prior experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
Two years of experience in a nurse supervisory role preferred
Professional image in both appearance and behavior
Excellent written and oral communication skills
