About the role
- Responsible for the administration and management of Nursing Services to residents in accordance with orders of the physicians and the total needs of the residents
- Responsible for 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services and directing the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care
- In the absence of the Administrator, assume responsibility for center operations.
Requirements
- A fire and passion for working with seniors
- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
- Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state in which you are practicing
- Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school preferred
- Prior experience in an LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required
- Two years of experience in a nurse supervisory role required
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
