About the role

  • Responsible for the administration and management of Nursing Services to residents in accordance with orders of the physicians and the total needs of the residents
  • Responsible for 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services
  • Directing the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care
  • In the absence of the Administrator, assume responsibility for center operations

Requirements

  • A fire and passion for working with seniors
  • A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
  • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state in which you are practicing
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school preferred
  • Prior experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required
  • Two years of experience in a nurse supervisory role required
  • Professional image in both appearance and behavior
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
