About the role
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility to meet State and Federal regulations
- Supervise all department managers to ensure the facility is in compliance
- Responsible for the delivery of clinical services integrated with business plans
- Meeting or exceeding quality, clinical and utilization standards, performance measures, and financial productivity objectives
- Ensure premier customer service while facilitating the resolution of resident care issues.
Requirements

- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing home administration or related field required
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies, their representatives, and the community at large
- Ability to implement facility and company philosophy of care
- Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations
- Minimum of two years of experience in a LTC/SNF setting
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
