About the role
- Maintains relationships with schools, advertisement and recruitment agencies.
- Oversees the recruitment for senior level and executive positions
- Develop and enhance the organizations recruiting program, policies, and procedures
- Executes a strategy to position the organization as a preferred employer.
- Evaluates and communicates key metrics to develop appropriate recruitment strategies and ensure positions are filled efficiently and effectively
- Provides input to strategic decisions that affect functional area of responsibility
- Developing the departments budget
- Resolving escalated issues arising from the operations team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent years of experience required
- 7+ years of progressive recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Recruiting Manager or Director role overseeing a team of 10 or more.
- Proven success managing large-scale recruitment efforts in a multi-site, multi-state organization
- Prior experience in health care recruitment, specifically long-term care and senior living
- Must possess strong knowledge of ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruiting analytics
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and change management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience in ATS Administration required, prior experience with New iCIMS highly preferred
- Ability and willingness to travel; must also be ready to travel unexpectedly as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
