About the role
- Own the end-to-end product strategy for a core area of Turvo’s platform
- Obsess over customer needs and dive deep into customer workflows
- Drive clarity in ambiguity and turn loosely defined opportunities into actionable product requirements
- Collaborate deeply across functions with engineering, design, operations, sales, and customer success
- Lead go-to-market strategies, develop positioning and release plans
- Measure and iterate by defining KPIs and continuously improve based on user feedback
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience building and launching software products end-to-end
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics tech, TMS platforms, or freight brokerage tools is strongly preferred
- Strong product intuition paired with analytical depth
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial, bias for action, thrives in fast-moving environments
- Comfortable with technical conversations and systems thinking
- Prior experience working with modern product development practices (agile, lean, customer development)
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or supply chain-related field; MBA is a plus
