Analyze purchasing data, spend trends, and supplier performance to support sourcing decisions.
Prepare reports and dashboards that highlight cost savings, contract compliance, and procurement metrics.
Assist in developing sourcing strategies, supplier evaluations, and bid analyses.
Maintain accurate procurement data within the ERP system, including pricing, lead times, and vendor information.
Support the RFP and RFQ process by gathering requirements, comparing proposals, and ensuring timely responses.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and supplier consolidation.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders—including Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain—to understand purchasing needs.
Monitor market trends, material costs, and supply risks to provide proactive recommendations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, data analysis, or a related role.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-management skills.
Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems preferred.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain insights clearly.
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling large data sets.
